How the years have passed. Our first born granddaughter is now 8 years old and getting ready to be baptized. It has been 8 amazing years having Taylor in our lives. She is so full of love and has such tender feelings. Carter could not have a better big sister. We love everything about her. We were so lucky on Saturday to get to watch Taylor play volleyball. She is a very good server. Grandpa and I are so lucky to have her as a granddaughter. After watching her play volleyball we all went to Olive Garden for lunch. Everyone was filled to the top and then the waitress brought a yummy cake for Taylor. It was perfect. Jan and I kept commenting on how lucky we are to have such a wonderful family. After lunch we all went to Costco so that Taylor could pick out what she wanted for her birthday. She fell in love with a container full of colors and a cool book she could write her own story.
